Breath is the most embodied thing we do, yet we often breathe unconsciously, carrying patterns that shape our lives. Embodied Breath is a guided journey to reclaim your breath, awaken your body's wisdom, and bring the unconscious into awareness.
Through conscious connected breathing, we release tension, shift old narratives, and create space for what we truly desire. Each inhale is possibility; each exhale, release. By breathing with intention, we get to choose and embody our truth.
About Zarah Boden
Captivated by the wisdom of the body and its connection to our inner and outer worlds, Zarah’s journey has always led her back home—to movement, breath, and spirit.
With a background in dance, she transitioned seamlessly into yoga over 15 years ago, deepening her practice through studies in Astanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Pranayama, Indian Philosophy, and bodywork. She has trained in Reiki, Akashic Records Healing and integrates energy work into her sessions.
Breath is at the heart of her work. With extensive experience in Pranayama and Integrative Breathwork, she guides others in using breath as a tool for healing, transformation, and self-discovery.
