The Softness of Resilience

by Saritam

Friday 16 18:00 – 19:00 Big Yurt ◼︎ Yoga

In a world that constantly demands more of us, resilience is often associated with pushing harder, enduring stress, and staying strong whatever it takes. But true resilience isn't about hardening—it's about staying soft, open, and fluid while navigating life's mountains.

The Softness of Resilience is a deeply nourishing yoga workshop created to help you cultivate strength without rigidity, allowing you to maintain your playful, creative, and feminine energy while embracing life’s beautiful chaos with grace.

Through guided movement, breathwork, meditation and reflection, you’ll explore how to create space for rest without guilt, work towards your dreams while honoring your energy cycles, set boundaries with ease and confidence and move through life with lightness, freedom, and peace

Resilience doesn’t have to mean burning to the ground. Let’s redefine it together—with softness, joy, and flow.

About Saritam

I feel my work here on earth is to empower others to become a master of their own human experience through self acceptance and love. From a young age I felt mesmerized by life, the intrinsic connectedness between all things and started practicing meditation at age 11.Through breathwork, the study of ancient yogic texts, deep relaxation and compassionate living I hope to bring more peace into the world. With a background in multidisciplinary dance, I infuse my vinyasa based classes with self expression, Sanskrit chanting, live music, poetry, and intuitive movement. My education includes 300hr Jivamukti, a method that embodies Ahimsa/non-harming, Bhakti/devotion and Nada/sound as its primary principles. Based in Hossegor, France, I offer regular classes as well as yoga and surf retreats.
