Whether you’re new to the discipline or looking to deepen your practice, this class will work on strength, coordination and lengthening your body. Through the connection of your breath, we will find a balanced body & mind, setting the tone for a great day (and night) ahead.

About Sigrid Daregård

Originally from Iceland & Sweden with a background in fashion, Sigrid’s journey into wellbeing deepened entering motherhood. Currently based in Paris, she took the plunge to become a teacher after many years of being in love with the grace and invigoration of Pilates. With great empathy for her students and through her positive attitude, she creates energizing classes that encourage a strong mind-body connection helping others not only to achieve a better posture, but also creating a general wellbeing off the mat.
