If you think that meditation is not for you, it is because you have not tried Osho active meditations. According to Osho, modern people need a meditation technique that fits our circumstances. This meditation lasts one hour and goes in five stages and help us to move stagnant energy and break conditioned patterns in the body-mind. With the headphones on we will consciously going mad, through using chaotic breathing, followed by wild movements and shouting. From this state we will find the entrance to silence, joy and peace.
