Specifications
- Accommodation: A free camping area exclusively for volunteers belonging to the volunteer program will be made available before, during and after the festival. If you would like to opt for another type of accommodation, please visit www.wakanalakereunion.com/accommodation. However, please note that these types of accommodation will not have any advantages as a result of participating in the volunteer program.

Tents and other forms of accommodation must be provided by the volunteer. In addition, each volunteer will have to take care of the cleaning of his or her accommodation area. If the cleaning and maintenance rules are not met, the volunteer will be penalized with the retention of their deposit.

- Meals: Those participating in the volunteer program during the event will receive one lunch pack during the volunteer's break shift. It is important to note that all other meals and snacks, e.g. breakfast and dinner, must be paid for by the volunteer as Wakana Reunion will not be held responsible for these meals. Also, volunteers are required and will be responsible for the rotation and coverage of breaks.

- Deposit: All volunteers will leave a refundable deposit of 100€ at the time of acceptance. The deposit will be returned through the previously used payment method within two weeks of the completion of the event, as long as all volunteer shifts have been completed and the accommodation area has been used properly.
