Dear Wakana Family,
We have been in lockdown for two months. In this time we have learnt much about the people we live with — whether family, friends or ourselves — and we have questioned for how much longer this will continue.
No matter the answer, the Wakana Reunion team sends you and your loved ones a great big hug. And as we slowly emerge from our homes, we urge you to remain responsible so that this difficult time passes us by.
Before we continue, we would first like to apologise for the time it has taken us to get back to you regarding the exchange and refund process. As promised, we have been working from home to find the most straightforward system to use understanding that under the circumstances not all of our friends will be able to attend the expected new date for Wakana Reunion (September 18-20, 2020).
It has been difficult, but we can now say that our friends who cannot attend this year’s event have the opportunity to receive a refund for tickets purchased as well as other options available in line with our #saveourscene initiative.
The refund process is now active and can be accessed via the online form found on our website or following the link below. We are, however, continuing to work hard and concentrating our efforts and hopes in celebrating the magic that is Wakana Reunion this year. Consequently, the refund process will remain active for the next 20 days only (until Sunday June 7 at 10pm GMT+1), when it will then close. All tickets not processed during this time will automatically be validated for the September edition of Wakana Reunion.
