Partner yoga is a style of asana practice in which two people support each other in poses in a way that enhances the postures and builds trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. It also allows each yogi to experience the pose in a different way.
Giving and receiving help tends to bring people closer together. No matter who your partner is, you will become closer with them after practicing partner poses together. You will learn to try new things and trust others with your physical body and your emotions/heart.

Hoop yogini is holistic fitness integrating hula hooping with Hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation.
Utilizes the modern adult-size hula hoop for flow, self awareness and as a functional tool to strenghen and stretch the body.
Explores the organic relationship between the spontaneous spiral experience of hoop dance and the more linear of hatha yoga.
The circular nature of the hoop gently encourages movement, freedom of expression, concious day dreaming (a lost art for most adults!).
Stretching with the hoop in a familiar hatha yoga patterns releases mental & physical tension and develops present-moment awareness.
In this class we will experience spinal awakening series, standing flow postures that tones the core and move the spine in it´s full range of motion thus improving posture and relieve back pain
Then we will link this moves into an expressive and beautiful dance.
