Friday eve – Arriving meditation (7pm to 8pm)
Supporting people in being where they are. Leaving behind where we have come from and own journeys to the festival – that is in the past. No need either to forward plan what will happen next. The future will unfold in its own time. For this weekend we will be. Be in the present moment. Followed by a reading of settling poetry.
Sat morning – meditation of gratitude and loving kindness. (11am to 12am)
Appreciation of ourselves. Putting our own oxygen masks on before we help others and allowing ourselves to be open and aware and fully appreciative of the experience of the festival. Ending with a happiness poem.
Sat evening – a body scan (7pm to 8pm)
A fully relaxing meditation scanning through the body with an awareness as to what is there (without needing to alter or change anything. Ending with a calming reading.
Sunday morning – Mountain meditation (11am to 12am)
A meditation of strength and grounding. Leaving ourselves in touch with the environment and noticing our connection to it all. Ending with an uplifting poem.
